HECSS is a specialized consulting firm providing end-to-end road space management solutions across India. We collaborate with government agencies, private stakeholders, NGOs, and local communities to address vulnerable Black spots, Grey Spots, Junctions on Expressway and Highways in both existing and new road infrastructure projects. Our core services include junction improvement through a structured process of audit, design, and implementation; road safety innovations such as training programs, school traffic learning parks, and school-level Training of Trainers (T-O-T) initiatives; expert road safety consulting; and continuous research and development aimed at enhancing traffic safety and infrastructure design. We believe in delivering low-cost, sustainable, and safe design solutions through deep collaboration, technical expertise, and a shared mission to make roads safer and more inclusive for all.
